Neighborhood Law Office ™, is a new kind of law firm.  At Neighborhood Law Office we use a set menu of prices – and we believe that our prices are so reasonable that we print them on our store windows!  There is never a charge for you to come in and talk with us, and we always give you straight talk. 

We do not require retainers and we do not charge by the hour.  We do not increase your burden by increasing our hours.

The coffee is always on, and there is never a charge to sit down and discuss your issue with you.

We do not attempt to extend representation, maximize fees or insure large numbers of billable hours.  We speak and write in plain English, or whichever language you need.  We provide a wide range of products, reasonably priced, and do not look to our clients to provide long term hourly rate payments.

We allow the client to simply find the answer, purchase the product, and get on with the remainder of their day.Our practice areas include family law, real estate, immigration, DUI/DWI, minor criminal matters, incorporation, trademark and copyright issues, mechanic’s liens, small business issues, and Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies together with deeds, powers of attorney, simple contracts, etc. Neighborhood Law Office™ also sells an attorneys’ advice in one hour increments at a very reasonable price so that you can ask all of your questions and obtain an explanation of your rights, options and our recommendations. 

You also have the ability to hire a lawyer for very limited engagements, for example, to attend a meeting, negotiation, or settlement conference, to attend a single hearing, or to be present at similarly stand alone events which occur during the course of larger legal proceedings.Our offices are all located in store fronts in shopping centers.  We are informal, friendly and knowledgeable.  Your attorney should be someone you feel comfortable visiting and talking to – and we make sure that our offices fill that requirement.
