Created to provide you with Legal Services At A Price You Can Afford!™  Neighborhood Law Office can help you do your own divorce papers and documents, insure that they are correct and comply with all state and court procedural requirements as well as the law.  And we do it in a manner that is sensitive to you and your needs.  We often help couples who desire the divorce, but are afraid that using an attorney will result in a fight that they do not want.  NLO does not look to create a fight -- we instead look to provide you with what you need and nothing else.  When is the last time you heard an attorney say that?  In some cases, an error on the papers filed with the court can set back the finalization of the divorce by 6 months or more!  Your papers have to be right the first time.

In our office, most divorces are completed within the 90 day statutory time frame required by law -- not in a year or two!

In those situations where representation is needed beyond preparation and filing of documents, NLO can provide limited assistance at those times and place you decide are appropriate.

Neighborhood Law Office also provides mediation over parenting time and property division issues.  However, we cannot mediate in cases were we are first hired by one party to prepare divorce papers.  In those situations we can refer you to mediators or explain how to find mediation services at low or no cost.

 We charge $799 for a divorce where their are no children of the marriage, and no real estate.

We charge $999 for a divorce where there are children of the marriage, and/or real estate.
